5th Grade Yearbook Dedications
In honor of our 5th grade graduates, we have reserved some pages in our yearbook for student dedications. Parents, grandparents, relatives, and friends can submit messages to their students letting them know how proud you are of them and all their hard work.
We have three dedication options available:
Option 1: FREE- A personalized message up to 100 characters of text.
Option 2: $8- A personalized message of 101-300 characters of text. No picture will be included.
Option 3: $15- A personalized message up to 300 characters of text and 1 photo. You may choose either one photo or create a side-by side collage of two photos that are merged essentially creating one photo. Think first and last day of school photos side by side!
Please follow the directions below to submit your dedication: 1. Log onto https://newhavenptoky.membershiptoolkit.com if you are choosing an option that requires payment. If choosing the free option above, please skip to step 2. If you do not have an account set up, you can create one for free. Select 5th Grade Dedication item and select which option you would like to purchase.
2. After you have completed your payment, e-mail your dedication photo and personalized message text to sloosli29@gmail.com. Please be sure to include the students first name, last name, and teacher in the subject line. Send text exactly as you would like it to appear in the yearbook and remember to sign who it is from! (Please note that if you are submitting the two-in-one photo or collage, it must already be cropped together. Our yearbook staff will not be able to do this for you and will result in using only one of the photos provided.)
