  1. Upcoming Events Review 
    1. Popcorn Fridays - set - (9/18/26, 10/23/26, 11/13/26, 12/11/26, 1/29/27, 2/26/27, 3/26/27, 4/30/27, 5/21/27)
    2. Fall Fundraiser
      1. Event Logistics update - In School “run” event - TBD but looking at October 8th, 2026 - Mrs. Bailey will see about changing planning periods this day with kindergarten - Marketing “video” link to be sent to Mrs. Bailey to send out to all teachers - will be played in each classroom
    3. Trunk or Treat 
      1. Updates/Ideas/Potential Issues? Food trucks for this year, working on business sponsorships for this - Candy donation with House Wars to start the week of October 13th - Katie Spindle to bring in Wardrobe boxes for House War donations. (S&A Lemonade, 
      2. Will be pulling the cars up further in the circle to allow more walking room
      3. Will have grade-level based contest
    4. Father Son Event - Father/Son Putt Putt Event
      1. Updates/Ideas/Potential Issues? - September 25th - Billy Walker to organize grade level time slots.
    5. Membership Drive - Well Done Erin! Closed at $15,000 raised
    6. Staff Appreciation Day(s) for Sept? ($8K annual budget)

    1. How is the parking pass going?
    2. November 3 Meeting - No School this day, do we need to reschedule? Will Change to November 10th.
  2. President
    1. Kindergarten Shirts for House Colors - “This Tiger is Friendly, Loyal, Courageous, Creative” - approval at meeting for budget for this
    2. General Meeting - Tuesday 9/15 - Kindergarten Presentation - 6:00pm
    3. Appropriations and Teacher Credit Discussion - combined budget and appropriations committee is the PTO board. Google form - this will start in October
    4. PTO to send staff a monthly newsletter
    5. $250 Rule
    6. Yearly subscription for PTO president - $30 per year to be able to send the mass texts.
    7. Looking for help on committees and need leads for certain events

  1. Current Balance Sheet/August Transactions - $26,756 Balance
  2. Final Board Budget Approval with Goble - $107,500 expected income, plans to spend $107,500 
  1. Secretary - Reviewing PTO Bylaws this week
  2. Programs
    1. Teacher Lounge Revamp - refrigerators and microwaves, PTO corner, remove busted chair, upgraded utensils, remove vending machine
    2. BMX Assembly Sept 23 - 40 minutes of thrilling stunts, motivational themes / anti-bullying, positive role-model athletes
    3. Veteran’s Day - decorated, provided coffee and muffins/donuts

    1. Update on “Free drive”

    1. Foodraisers? Hannah Stewart taking this on! (Texas Roadhouse and Taco Mama)
  5. Marketing
    1. Spirit Wear Update - Designs from Goble, previously mentioned spirit wear and K Shirt designs - Target date of 9/11/26

House Updates: House Leaders have first meeting tomorrow morning 9/2/26, House leaders have committees - “special events committee” added this year
